Each sale is final, so returns and refunds are not accepted. For custom designs, we will send a screenshot - which must be reviewed and approved by the client. Once approved, production will begin. After the order is placed, we are not responsible for errors. For adjustments, the customer must place a new order.

Package includes ONLY ONE DESIGN. Parent must provide Name, School, Grade and Classes in order to design each product.
